I got my elf ears at Hot Topic they are really Spock ears from Star Trek but they look just like fairy, or elf ears. My ears cover the entire ear so you have a small gap near your face and I put mine on with a little bit of latex and after it dries I cover it with foundation and then I contour out from my ear so it matches!
