I saw this on ''destroyed in seconds''. There was very heavy rainfall and all the water ended up inthe sewers, and this one was not locked good enough, which ended up in a car wash.
If it were a water main, it should not have errupted the second time. It looks like a big ocean wave pounded on a storm drain and the water just flew backwards.
