Icing consistency is too thin, causing the flowers to fall in on themselves. If the icing was a slight bit stiffer, then this technique would form okay flowers, but still not ones I would use professionally on a cake.

@rebeccam2 usually u can buy the screw ons with a cake decorating set that comes with the disposable bags, tips, 2 tip couplers (those are the screw on tops) and a flower nail. i bought mines in ac moore but they also come seperate prices vary from 2-5 dollars depending how many a kit brings
