My cousin that lives in Germany had written in his history book that Alexander was Macedonian. So not 98 % of it are the same brain washed type. I have found other people that think alike and other people that dissagree but certanly i don't think ill be able to put it as a 99 % or 98 %.

@mojaleks - lol. Historical correction. Greeks still call themselves Hellenes. Greece has many names for different peoples. Mostly, countries know us bu the place that were closer to their land. 1st Magna Graecia, south Italian, Greek colony gave the west the name Greece to Greece. It wasn't the Greeks. Graecia is a Roman name. 2nd the East knows as as Yunanistan. From Ionia --> Yunan. 3rd China knows us as Xi La. I dont know why xD. Japan, Girisha, due to western influence.

@mojaleks - Alexander the Great didn't kill Greeks, he united them in the council of Corinth after a slightly bloody war, something common in Ancient Greece! The people that objected like Demosthenes were pro Athenean and didnt want any other Hellenic kingdom or power to lead the grand campaign. The Age Alexander brought was called Hellenistic, not Macedonistic. Macedonians spoke Greek, wrote in Greek and worshiped the Greek Gods.

@MacedonianWarior - You make no sense. The Macedonians adopted a Persian tradition AFTER the creation of the empire. Like everyone did. The Hellenic world, all of, Macedonian or Athenian, adopted stuff from other cultures + the Egyptian. If you travel to Dillos you can see that there is a Hellenic temple to the Egyptian Goddess, Isis. What Alexander planned to do, is save Greece from the Persians and establish the strongest Hellenic kingdom. He succeeded.

@MacedonianWarior - Took a look at your channel and I checked the title of your video. It's obvious that you, the people of Skopje are Slav people. I don't want to lower your spirit or anything, but if you are Slavic you can't have any ancestry to the Ancient Macedonians since Slavs arrived in Europe ~641 A.D. That is about 900 years after Alexander the 3rd's death.. You have nothing to do with Ancient Macedonians, don't take the history that doesn't belong to you!

The names come from the same family of Names and that shows that the Macedonians were peoples of the Greek Dorian tribe just like the Spartans were. Also architecture in Macedonia in ancient times was identical to the Hellenic one. The Turkish created their provinces as they wanted.
