I love Nespresso coffee - the money is not important.
However Nespresso UK changed from FEDEX to "YODEL" for deliveries. Just google YODEL and Amazon you'll see why I'm pissed!
I'm trying NE-CAP's now - the French seem to like them. If that doesn't work the old Krups is getting repaired and the Nespresso unit goes in the trash!
To bad...Nespresso does have a good product but chasing deliveries is something I have no time for. I am a busy addict and the dealer has f'd up big time!
thanks... before i shoot the video i have to cut out the box for smooth removal of the metal heating plate. Of course i wash it before i use them. But unfortunately we dun have a plastic spoon so my only choice, was the regular t-spoon. Initially i want to show the action in the jug without the requirement of putting the lid, but then i realize it was a mistake. But thanks for the comment. THis is my 1st time using the product. I like this invention.
You didn't wash it before use and you pressed the button before you had the lid on. And never use a metal spoon on such a sensitive surface, you may ruin it and it will be considered wrongly used, that means no waranty ...
i have this machine! makes perfect froth..but can u tell the recipe of coffee that u ve made other than the froth? thanks

Andrea14394 No need to use lid.. i use it every day without lid and about spoon you can use any spoon... it's not so sensitive....
