I just picked up one of these bikes but a 2011 and I love it. I am going to be getting an exhaust for it soon. Would you recommend this exhaust? Have you heard any other exhaust in person?
nice bike dude!!!! with the WR's stock exhaust system the Fuel consumption is: 3.31 litres/100 km (30.2 km/l or 71.06 mpg) and the top speed i think is about 85mph... but what is the Fuel consumption and how much is the top speed with the FMF exhaust system???
sounds great i ordered the q4 monday for my wr250r. i was going to get a powercore4 but everyone said it was loud and normally i wouldnt care about noise but this is my first onroad/offroad bike and i dont want to annoy everyone when i ride around at night or in the early morning on my way to work
I see many postings demonstrating the sound of these pipes - sound cool / nice and quiet.
but what about the function? Have you noticed a significant improvement. I put some aftermarket slip-on pipes on my Harley and they decreased performance. the stock pipes gave much better acceleration off the line.

Anyway, I've seen a report that says the spark arrestor does not effect power output. The guy tested that on a dyno and got equal outputs regardless of SA in or out.
Nice Q4 motokid...i will get my Yoshimura rs2 video up here within the next 2 weeks(i love the sound of it... a real deep nice sound) If you dont mind me asking what did you get your Q4 for?
would you sell this bike name a price ill pay cash!!!!! i just want one.
