This was the only time we saw Dukat laugh at himself. What made him a great, almost tragic villian was that he did have the ability to be a good man. Very complicated, layered character, and a wonderful job done by Marc Alaimo.

Gul Dukat is so damn charming for the greatest villain in Star Trek Universe, but he and Kira can't work, simply because Kira is kinda racist against cardasians, more than she's kinda though and masculine, if it weren't for the homophobic T.V channels, she might have been a lesbian, just like her mirrored character. Gul Dukat has a thing for Bajoran women, including Kira's mother... But, not a match! he's beautiful, sexy, and this clip is not only funny but he is too charming for a villain
