OMG, that really is such a shame wot had happened! Sorry m8. God, i would have been really gutted n upset too! I lost my one n only blackmoor 2 accidently being sucked up the filter intake when the spout was loose n came off (I DEMANDED A REFUND FOR THIS CRAPPY FAULTY FILTER!!) I was gutted!! he was da best looking blackmoor I had seen in person in the UK, he was a broadtailed pure black moor which is really rare in the uk! And i havnt had da heart to get another 1 becoz he was 1 in a million.
