No, training for systema is only in slow motion. Because that's first of all the positive side of it, they show everything slowly for making learning process shorter. And second, in systema you don't have for every move a specific counter-move. Much is done by instinct, intuïtion and mental energy.

Real fights do not go perfect, and thus systema doesn't really learn you moves but HOW to react. And I can assure you that if they would do it full speed, then you might get astonished!

На видео показали лишь учебный вариант, таким способом никого не повалишь. В боевом варианте используют отвлекающие манёвры (удары), чтобы притивник потерял контроль хотябы на секунду.
