One of the interesting bits of information in this video was that in 1971 Richard Nixon, a republican, proposed a national health care plan in 1971.
The Democrats killed it. What that shows is that partisan politics is more important to both parties than solving a too costly and flawed h.c. system.
Now the shoe is on the other foot. It's the Dem.s that are trying for h.c. reform, & the Republicans trying to kill it, once again for partisan political purposes, not concern for U.S. citizens.
