anthony is such a great guy. i have the priveledge of training at his gym. he is a great trainer and i enjoy working with him. he pushes to be better everyday..
Great video! I like the concept behind this'' Gettting to know your instructor '' segment and learning from his mind. Perhaps we can look at these points
-how can we improve the background?
-can we shorten the answers to under twenty seconds? Shorten perhaps, make clearer.
-Perhaps we can have a document list as producers do on tv interviews, or radio programming. The interviewee reviews them and prepares to answer. I love to hear about the development of this idea! Jesse Lopez
