@ssnsfamily Thanks for your suggestion, but some say acoustic is hard to play for beginners and hurts the fingers at first thus makes beginners to give up. I know we need to buy a quality one but for beginners they mostly want to start with a cheap one right?

Acoustic is a bit harder. But I recommend it over electric simply because if you overcome the initial pain on your fingers learning becomes faster and easier. Take small steps like playing simple shaped chords like the D major, Emajor, Am which eases you into playing the guitar and does not make it terribly boring to learn. Hope this helps !!

Thanks. I always contend that strumming pattern is unique to ones style. Pl. don't worry if it takes time for you to strum comfortably. Maintain the beat first and comfortably change chords. Then improvise and try out new variations on the strum pattern. It takes time. I shall make every effort to slow down and show you my strumming pattern. But, it does not have to be that way.... Hope this helps !!

You are right. It is A# major.  One option is to use capo on the first fret and use the same chords I have suggested.
