I greatly have to disagree. When a crime is committed, it undoubtedly will affect someone. Whether directly or indirectly that is uncertain but it will indeed touch a life in a negative way.

Who deserves that? Who deserves to have their life affected by the scum of criminals? Why should I fear each time I stand at my bus stop of someone stopping an forcing me to get in their car?
