We rescued a mare later to find out she had Strangles, she had no signs of pregnancy but foaled 1 month later, She never produced milk as she was soo skinny, Precious was born on the 13th, I hand fed her, she made a small whinny as i walked to her, she tried to walk to me, 4 days later she was gasping, i ran into the house with her, placed her on my blanket, the vet arrived 1 hour 45 mins later, she died 15 mins before. I miss her. RIP my wee baby and all Horses lost who will never be forgotten

was raven the black horse, and trouble was the foal? i had a foal that had the same leg condition, he mom had her a bit early, hard to beleive, but the vet told us if she didnt have it then she would loose her,

i think yall did the rite thing by putting it down instead of letting it go through the pain..and the momma horse is so pretty im realli sry about her dyin...it reminds me of my horses i used 2 have then my ex-grandpa sold them w/o me knowing...and if u comment this video PLZ dont be mean i dont c y u would shelbie is a realli sweet person and its not her fault they had 2 put the lil horse down... =)
