visual studio is a program that has ALL The express programs built into one program, basically a "package program"

C# express is a separate program you can download but IS included in visual studio

the best and easiest thing to do with the visible line is making a fun and simple matching game open a picture box, put a picture inside, put another picture box on top of that, then program it!
