  • Ight, I'm real confused. i've been following your "Killer Ab Workout" since it came out, exactly how you explain it, slow with perfect form, low reps high weight, and i can feel it, and see the difference since i've been doing it, but now theres this video out... So i was wondering, which should i do? their are Bicycles involved in the "Killer Ab Workout" so yea, should i just keep doing what i'm doing, or also throw this workout in? or just do this and forget what i'm doing?   • you can still trim dude and it shows just a little hair.. i trim most of my hair but i shave my facial hair and my eyebrows and well the girls i know like it :) some dont but most of them do!

  • As a curiosity, is Tony Little's Gazelle a bogus product? His infomercials on YouTube are hilarious.

  • I own The 'Gazelle'. It gets quite noisy, however, if you do at a fast pace, it gives a decent cardio workout. I even have a trainer friend, that thinks its 'decent'. I lift weights, and walk (very fast) about seven KM every night. The Gazelle, if done 'hard' is akin to a light jog, without the 'pounding' of jogging. However, it isn't quite like the ads say. It can get very noisy. However, if space is an issue, it's decent enough. As long as you ad weight training and a healthy DIET.

  • Like Scooby has said, if an exercise gets your heart rate up, which the Gazelle does (if done 'hard'), it's decent Cardio.

  • You do as many as you can, with good form, for each set. In other words, if you get to the second set and you can still do 50 good bicycles then you should do 50. Same goes for the third set.

  • Personally, I don't do it exactly the same way he does. I have tried it his way. It isn't as hard and unless you have something on your back or are on a floor other than carpet, you are going to get carpet burn. I keep my shoulders off the ground and do the same movements, legs in the air, switching, and aiming for the ceiling. Your entire core starts to catch fire after 50-60 of these.. At least for me. I can do at least 100, which is what I did do. I sure hurt afterwards.

  • Genetics have a lot to do with where the fat in the body winds up. Since you NEED to have some body fat, there are people who will never get visible abs because all their body fat winds up there.

  • Theres ways to measure BODY fat...but is there any way to measure how much muscle you gain? I'm doing an expirment on video very soon where I diet eating only 500 calories and want to see and document how much body fat vs muscle I've lost......is there anyway to measure muscle loss / gain in todays science?

  • I would say that your total body weight minus your bodyfat, minus the weight of water in you body, gives you muscle mass. That is the way to measure muscle gain/loss.

  • 500 calories a day is no way near enough to maintain muscle, thats not even enough for a good sized meal let alone enough for a day. your body will need alot more food to maintain its bodysize bro, better change that.

  • its genetics, some people can only get a 4 pack , others a 6 pack, luck of your genetics

  • Hey Scooby, just a question, I currently have a 500 calorie deficit (burn 2500, eat 2000) and I am wondering if it would be OK to reduce the calorie intake to 1500 and keep the workout the same (or is 1500 too low?) to achieve a 1000 calorie deficit, as I jump rope for my cardio and it's somewhat stressful on my ankles so I can't do it more than I already do. Or maybe it would be better to try something like a bike to burn off those additional 500, that wouldn't hurt the ankles? Thanks

  • work on your lats with a lat pulldown or pullups and your shoulders with a military press. also a big chest won't hurt... pushups are good for all that.

  • they are especially for the lower part. if you want, hold on to something and bring them over your head and let them down slowly. do this once a day every other day and you should have a six pack in no time
