Master Ninja isn't that hard... once you understand how to fight IS ninjas. I died quite a lot just in chapter 1 because of people like you who made me think it was easy X) However it clearly gets easier once you got past chapter 3.

It was the same in Sigma 2: I watched videos like "hey, this shit looks too easy!" When I actually jumped into it I was more like "so... how many times did I die already?"

Can tell he plays a lot of fighters, however its odd how you see rocket ninjas earlier on mentor then master. Is there more to the harder modes other then harder enemies earlier in the game? or is damage and etc effected?

@spartenese Actually, those ninjas are pretty easy compared to the ones that throw incendiary shuriken. (the explosions you are seeing)

I just beat the master ninja mode about 2 days ago. the explosive shuriken is so annoying at this level. they never stop throwing it at you! the lunar staff was my weapon of choice at this level as it is great for taking off limbs really quick setting yourself up for the OT. not to mention it's two ultimate techniques are one of the best in the game to me.

well, the moment you take out a limb, you kill the enemy in one hit, so that make 4 hits at most. The guy scores much more hits here and i'm guessing it is either because he likes to do it this way, for no concrete reason, or the enemies drop more essence. Do they ?

Oh I know that, I just beat the game on MNM, PSN: Neders, add me if you want. What I am saying is that when you get hit by an IS on the PS3 you get: A) Damaged B) Ryu stalls, and it cuts your combos +leaves open for damage. You can see that even pros get hit by ISs every now and then (like the guy in this video) but on sigma 2 the IS affect you MUCH more if you get hit.
