This used to be the intro animation on the old official Spore website when the game was still in development. They got rid of it once the website was updated to its current form.

It would seem this is the sole surviving video on youtube, as far as I can tell anyway.
It seems unanimous that people liked it, but even though this is the only video I can find on youtube, I'm suprised to only see ten previous comments.
I really liked the ambient music that followed this on the first incarnation of the website, when all it was was a galaxy spinning slowly with a couple of links to very little information

there was one other, but that was the last half of it filmed with a hand camera.
