This commercial is a reconstruction of the stereotypical male.

Sitcoms and news stories and ads, everything on TV operates on the view that all men are the same. It's a convenient way of getting everyone on the same message quick: "lol guys are dumb". They all love sex and beer and noise and roughhousing. Hot wife interrupting the game to talk about feelings and shit? AW HELL NO.

...But then we see this ad. To remind us that we do like those things unironically. Because they're fucking awesome.
