does any one feel sorry for the people who were off screen moving loads of levers just to make is arms more and then another handfull to open and close its mouth! BUT IF YOU HADNT OF DONE IT WE WOULD HAVE NO GOOD MUSICAL! THANKYOU LEVER PEOPLE

I love this show. the guys who worked on twoey for this version are just amazing as there is no animatronics here. It's all puppetry and they are just brilliant at how they got twoey to move. Rick Moranis is brilliant as seymour and the banter betweent these two parts is brill, even when they were having to film really really slowly so that the puppeteers could lip-synch twoey properly to the songs and dialogue x

Original ending>theatrical ending. Get it through your head: MURDER ISN'T FUN. THE ENTIRE PLAY WAS ALL ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF MURDER, NOT ABOUT HOW YOU CAN GET OFF SCOTT FREE.

@ExclusiveCheese I love both The Movie and the original ending. The only problem with the Theatrical version was there was an alternate version on DVD with the song 'Don't Feed the Plant!'
However back then, when it was released to the test audience, They cannot fantom the fact at having Audrey and Seymour eaten by the plant and taking over the world.

Anyways, Valid Point. I love the film and the theatric versions shown on youtube. but enjoyed the original ending.

Trust me, they WANTED to do the original ending, but test audiences didn't like it. So they HAD to change it. I like the original ending too, but this is still fine.
