Sad state of Hawaiian music? How can she slam Hawaiians and their music??! Especially if he was on the mainland for so many years. She takes liberties in her version of history . I don't remember him in Alfred Apaka's group. I remember Benny and Sonny and Jules and others, but not him. And I don't hear him playing Hawaiian music in this clip. There's a tendency to think they are they only ones out there playing, but many , many others contributed more significantly to the renaissance.
