the steelers were expected to be good after winning the superbowl the previous season, hence that guy's going out on top by being able to attend one of their home games, however, as the season went on, the steelers sucked, so this commercial made fun of that. The same with the raiders, they looked like they were gonna be good after finishing the preseason undefeated however, they sucked.
