Deadpsace relies on cheap scares and yells.It manages to be atmospheric from time to time, but it's mostly an Action Third Person shooter with a lot of gore and yells.

Silent hill focuses on Atmospheric building and tension, instead of cheap scare and yells.

And RE4 isnt even fucking scary.Its actually the less scary chapter of the whole series.

wtf with this childish argument? just because i dont share your view that doesnt mean i am a child, and btw DS relies on deep psychological love twist, and did you know that enemy will stalk you, and sometimes just wont attach and you can hear them moving on the ventilation or just see their shadows behind you ? good luck with your SH on that. its like now the 21th edition. and you call DS cheap?go and see reviews i am not the only one here, DS is the new genre king.

You have no sense of terror whatsoever.

I never said DS was -BAD-.And i know all of what happens in it, however, Issac Clark is just so much of a bland character i cant even relate to him, therefore, the twist has no effect.Hearing "Crawling" and "Flickering Lights" isnt psycholigical horror, its what cheap scares relies on.On SH, you KNOW what is coming.You KNOW what will happen, but you still get scared. SH 1 and 2 were the best, but SH is still best than DS, at least, as a terror.
