btw.. do not starve yourself completely for several days! You will loose fat but also muscles, and if you eat again your body wil collect all the disgusting fat thats in that food and put it back on your belly, legs.. thies... believe me you'd rather have some muscles to work out with.. Keep your metabolism high by eating really, really small amounts 6 times a day. 1/8 of an apple, for example. works the best :)
I'm not sure, but I think small amounts of food is actually better. I don't think that water keeps your metabolism up.. But i'm not sure. You can fast on water for a week, but I wouldn't do it any longer, and you have to be extremely careful with what you eat after that week, because your body is aching for food so you will put on weight faster.
Im at 43 now. It's not going that fast anymore, but i've been having a rough time lately, my parents want to sent me to a clinic for ED's so i'm already happy I lost some! My goal weight is now 38.

Food is your friend. Think about the taste of a warm fudge brownie or the texture of your favorite ice cream. Clearly, food was meant to be enjoyed, not thrown up.
4 days ago? ... dont do this ... you may think you want it more than anything. i did. but its not worth it. you will get addicted and you wont be able to stop. quit this now while you still have control

I'm at 45 kg now.. I want to go to 40 kg... maybe a bit below.. But i'm kinda short so it isn't that bad.
