When we come to full unity and maturity - the offices seek to exist. It's very similar to adulthood. When we come to full maturity, we are no longer under our parents authority and rule because we ourselves have become full adults.

As the body arises in full maturity, we will be a community of equals without forms of hierarchy. We will not have pastors or elders of the church. We will have a fully mature Christian society - 24/7 with no separate building or institution. It will be life.
