Yes. He was one of the best English strikers, if not the best. Can be rated along with greats like Shearer, Lineker etc.. Today's strikers like Rooney and all are overrated, made for the commercial market. Capello is a good coach, but has a big ego. If owen was in the world cup squad 2010, he would have atleast scored 2-3 goals. The guy is a beast in the box. Sad that he was frequently injured and ruined his career by leaving Liverpool.
