Wow.I never saw it from that angle.My college had an Apollo.There was audition at first and the judges wre in charge.I got through the audition.But on the day of the show, the host said the audience could boo. After they booed the first two mercilessly, I backed out because I work hard at what I do, I didn't want to get booed and I felt as though I was going to start throwing chairs and stairs and cuss the audience out if I'd gotten booed.
