There is SO MUCH more to Sense UI than just scenes. Custom HTC widgets, the app drawer remembers position, custom keyboard, friend stream shows Facebook Twitter & Flickr updates all in one list, when in contacts you can easily view your contact history for that person for text messages, e-mail, call history, Facebook updates & events, even photo albums from Flickr & Facebook directly in the contacts app. Those are just some of the Sense UI enhancements.
@pattycarljackson yeah, i like that theres difference in phones. i can not stand android cause its ugly and cluncky, but i dont make up the mind for others... like you said that you like a keyboard, i hate those. i can type faster on my ip4 than i can on my laptop
@randrewm97 You know it's funny. when I first got my android It looked like crap compared to the home screen in my iPhone 3gs but after a while I learned how customizable the home screen really is on android and now I don't think I can live without widgets and custom themes.
It's wierd... AMOLED should be the same screen as the Nexus One. Guess Samsung had some problems meeting demand. My guess is that Apple used the same 3.7 inch screen on the iPhone 4G and bought up all the inventory.
@cellfanatic dude, get your stuff right. First of all its iPhone 4 not iPhone 4G. Second, iPhone 4 has a 3.5 inch screen. Third, its an LED screen not an AMOLED screen on the iPhone 4.
@irineogomez dude, get YOUR stuff right. His comment was posted 5 months ago, before the iPhone 4 was announced. And, the iPhone has an LCD screen with LED backlighting.
WTF! They already ran out of DROID Indredible's!!! I guess the touch screen is a different, newer kind and they need to make more... fuck. I wanted to get a Incredible by July.
@bobjackmon Is it possible to get rid of the "arrow phone +" curved bar at the bottom of the phone's main screen? Or replace with another option? I see it again and again and don't really like it....

My question would be :
Is it possible to port the Sense UI onto the Moto Droid?
I like the form factor on the Motorola better, but Sense UI does look GREAT!
;-)

@Spencerwalker21 Where did you hear that at? I hope it is true
steveo26s 1 year ago
@steveo26s I heard it from rumors online but I think it's guranteed that the evo will have 2.2 before or shortly after the release date
