I pop it on longer than the required limit of 30 minutes and keeps my top teeth in line to when the mold for the gold was made. They recommend 30 minutes? hell no. how about 13 hours. I still need to get my lowers done. But with the price of gold skyrocketed since i got the top I keep taking that chunk spending on more music gear.
