Yeah, pretty shocking that Kangin can lose that much in a month, but he did it the month before their debut. He would wear thick layers of clothing when it was already hot outside, and didn't eat meat. Very unhealthy, but Kangin did it. He said that his former image didn't suit their concept. =/
