  • Fritz, Thanks for your comments. My FORM is relative to my goals of that exercise series. I am focused on creating high muscle tensions and high motor impulse strength. I am not concerned with isolating a certain muscle. That form is also specific to reducing joint forces while still producing high muscle forces, as the muscle and motor systems respond to high tensions.

    I DO NOT suggest that anyone use such form unless they understand how and why they do so, and are conditioned for it
