  • That was really funny! Thumbs up.

  • It was very funny. Great job!

  • Hilarious and really authentic. Reminded me of a lot of older games.

"Dr Potassium, what do you think about-"

    >my apartment

"Ha ha, I don't know about that Dave."

    "What do you think about-"

    >my chair

"Ha ha, I don't know about that Dave."

  • It looks like a resident evil crossed with broken sword. you should make more of these. carry the story on some how...

  • haha, I hate old games like that.

  • this is great. haha. :)

  • Lol!

    Dave! Sofie is on fire!!

    ...And?

  • The narration sounds like that of Ben Croshaw, Ben. XD

  • that is really funny, the best ive seen on youtube.

  • heheh final fantasy spoof?

  • I hope you do more of these XD

  • Pure Excellence. Love it

  • i won't lie to you, "dave"...

    that was brilliant! :)

  • Thanks

  • i usually leave mean comments on these kinds of videos, but this was great dude lol. you actually planned it out and it worked. good job!

  • The trick is to mime it all out, with no plan, and then to find words that fit it. Sorry if that shatters your illusion.

  • THIS WAS AWESOME! yay! i laughed my head off!! keep up the good work!

  • This is great! Haha, I laughed my ass of at some points - you really nailed some of the most ridiculous aspects of (otherwise great) adventure games. Does this spoof a single game (i.e. Broken Sword as a lot of people have mentioned) og is it just the genre in general?

Oh, and btw - the music is great, really authentic!

    Good job :)

  • lmao

  • haha love it, great video 5 stars :)

  • whats the first one?

  • I don't understand. What's the first what?

  • Sorry, I thought it was going to be separate spoofs

  • that was retarded.

  • thanks for that video, i have wondered what it would be like to live in a video game, would be nice i think, but lets be honest, games haven't moved like that since the ps1...

  • I know I've definitely played some similar ps2 games. Any Resident Evil still moves like that.

  • i know, it's true, but resident evil wasn't that jerky, i have gotten used to the way that resident evils control scheme over the years, no reason to change it in my eyes, but oh well, seems like re5 is going to be pretty much re4 with different lead character, and hopefully no escorting some lil girl who can't even defend herself

  • Except for RE4.

  • This was so ace, reminded me of broken sword, mind you for that you need really big pockets.

    Loved it, Great work!

  • lol reminds me of pokemon on game boy

  • I wholly agree. But I'm not sure what that has to do with computer video games.

  • resident evil

  • Amongst others.

  • lmao i tuoght i was playing RE :P

  • I think you'll agree that our graphics are better !

  • haha quality

  • "And"

    "Ask about that later"

"What do you think of my apartment"

"I dont know about that Dave"

"What do you think of my chair"

"I dont know about that Dave"

    great stuff.

  • Well done, that was one of the best vids I have seen. Very clever. I'll never look at Resident Evil/Broken Sword/Final Fantasy the same again.

  • You'll be surprised how many times you will try to open a door and the words "It's locked!" pop into your head.

  • "It's locked" *almost break doorhandle* LMFAO just awesome :P

  • It's funny because it's true.

  • that was funny

  • Thanks.

  • Lmfao! I love you guys, that just just fabulous!

  • You're too kind

  • haha, reminds me of Final Fantasy!

  • funny at first, but I got pretty bored as it proceeded, I got so annoyed from listening to those damn footsteps, but not that bad a spoof, loved the bad voice acting stuff

  • I would have used a gameshark... lol

  • There's always one!

  • Jesus christ that was funny!(dabs tear filled eyes with suitable face cloth) It reminds me so much of Broken Sword and other point and click games, I never did figure out how they fit oversized objects into their tiny pockets!

  • Thank you - it's all done with mirrors.

  • Of course its so simple!.....wait no its not its needlessly complicated! Either way another pat on the back is necessary for a class A spoof.

  • Wow - another one!

  • Gay and Brittish, a EVIL combination, EVIL as in I hate it!

  • Wow - you have some extreme views. Feel free to share more of them.

  • haha awesome dudes.. you did its just right.. it wasn't overly cheesy.. a lot of spoofs are.. it was just right :D

  • Thank you - although we didn't consciously work on the cheese-factor, I'm glad it was to your liking.

  • Brilliant. Very well done indeed!

  • Thank you very much

  • This amused me. I particularly liked the repetitive conversation and disappearing large objects.

  • Thank you - we liked those parts too.

  • the funniest thing! I'm surprised you didn't take the herb on the fireplace with you (wink, wink).

  • That appears on some sort of secret level!

  • Wonderful and subtile!

  • We do our best. Thank you.

  • lmao wow...good vid man

  • Thanks a lot.

  • ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz BORING!

  • Thank you very much for your comment. I'm sorry you feel that way. Perhaps you could provide me with some constructive comments so that I don't make the same mistake again.

I appreciate your use of upper and lower case in your comment - it shows that you breathed whilst snoring...for if you didn't, I would be worried.

  • Haha i actually really am impressed, and it takes alot to impress me haha. You really have shown a common video game such as harvest moon for example, where you can walk around and examine stuff. It's great. 5 Stars

  • Your comment means a lot to me.

  • "Its just a common house hold chair! Maybe it will come useful!" LoL Good JoB.

  • Thank you very much. We are both surprised how many comments this film has received.

  • I love Dr.Potassium moves when hes laughing lol

btw great vid!two thumbs up :)

  • Wow! Two thumbs! I'm honoured.

  • I was yet another who thought this would suck, but you had me at the footsteps sound! *clonk clonk clonk* Nicely done!

  • We are both quite proud of how this video turned out. Thank you for your comment and Happy New Year.

  • Many thanks.

  • That TV is tiny!

  • It was mine throughout university! It has a tape player built right in.

  • Much funnier than I thought it was going to be. I'm glad I watched the whole thing!

  • I must admit that it turned out to be much funnier than I thought it would be too.

  • great work! :)

  • Many thanks.

  • this is brilliant, brings back memories of old PS1 games.

should do some other stuff like this guys.

  • Many thanks for your comment. Although at the moment we have no plans to do a re-make, we will definitely consider it for the future.

  • Haha, that was pretty funny. :)

  • HAHAH!!! Excellent!

  • At first I almost didn't watch, I thought this video was going to be more crap but I'm glad I kept watching because this is one of the funniest videos I've ever seen! I love how the computer dissapears, the unnecessary arm movements during conversation, the footsteps, the repetition, everything! Original! Awesome!

  • Many thanks for your comment. I think the video is more a sign of how we wasted our youth more than anything else.

  • hilarious! great attention to detail!

  • Brilliant - almost Sims sytle hand actions.

Best line - "I don't know about that Dave"

Brilliant music - well composed my good man!

  • this is an accurate videogame documentary

  • Thank you very much.

  • Doc. Potassium is great!

  • Well, you would say that wouldn't you.

  • Hahaha "Its just a common house hold chair! Maybe it will come is useful!" I always grab everything i can pick up at the start of the game. Even the most useless of junk

  • Many thanks. This film took a lot of research.

  • What gsme did you reasaerch?

  • We didn't really research any games - it's mostly come from a misspent youth playing computer games. I guess the biggest influences would have been Resident Evil, Clocktower, and Broken Sword.

  • Aye, I see. sorry for my horrible spelling, I kept hitting the wrong keys.

  • That's ok. Thanks for the comment.

  • My pleasure, mate

  • As videogame advisor, primarily the research was angled toward 'Deep Fear' on the Sega Saturn, but Resident Evil and Silent Hill are also targets.

In my performance as 'Doctor Potassium', I was very much thinking about Albert Wesker of RE fame.

  • Ah, I see, well thanks for informing me, mate. It was a pretty cool video you all did a spectacular job.
