@1976slater I came here inadvertently after a heated discussion and was in a irate mood so I had a pugnacious attitude at the time. I love all history, always have, love knowledge for its own sake. So hard to come to absolute truths about things, I.E. Even with all the science on climate change, scientists could not come to a 100% consensus and it is happening right now and not 3-4000 years ago. I think we could not build the Pyramids today so I wonder how they did it.

And by the time of Cleopatra would of had very little greek blood. The Greeks never colonized territories the way the Romans did. The rarely brought over women with them to their new conquest. Instead they mostly mated with local women, like the Moors did in southern Europe.

Why the people came from the part of Mesopotamia, to egypt, because the people are a inquisitive beings, maybe they were looking for a water source. Perhaps it came to be war between the tribes, or they were forced to go, because of the heat and the drought, who knows !

The general public is familiar with Egypt and the pharaohs, but it is not so aware that there was a highly important, sophisticated, and independent ancient civilization in Nubia, which is south of Egypt in present-day Sudan. For over a century, Nubian pharaohs dominated Egypt, and their kingdom extended from Lake Chad and well into the middle east.
