Anyway this movie is about a few cops in a swedish little town where crime is really rare, in fact there hasn't been anything in many years, the cops are "useless" and therefore the station is about to be closed. But the cops are happy with their jobs, they don't want to resign. So they begin to do the crimes by themselves, and pretending they have absolutely no clue who could have done them. They are pretending to solve their own crimes, just to become "useful" again, to save their jobs.
