I really like the mystical essence that the lyrics and music convey. What exactly is the name of this song? I suppose the artist is Kanno Youko. . .This is not the title of the audio?

The song really highlights both the hope and sadness in Anakin and Obi-Wan's relationship throughout the whole saga.
