Terribly missing some key points. There's nothing difficult about finding a no/low sulfate shampoo, nothing difficult about always following up a shampoo with a conditioner, daily shampooing doesn't remove the moisture from one's hair-moisture equals water, oil equals sealant/lubricant equal to the head's sebum. Oooh I wish some would learn....

ethnic hair generally refers to hair type or texture that is NOT caucasian hair. black people, latin people, asian people, typically have hair referred to as 'ethnic hair'

Yes hair nails and skin are naturally acidic on the ph scale (potential hydrogen). Hair skin and nails are naturally a 4.5 to 5.5 and you would like to get shampoos and conditioners with a low ph b/c a high ph is alkaline and relaxers are highly alkaline you need a balance within the hair to maintain a clean healthy scalp.
