may i ask how old are you?if you are above 40,then u MUST seek advice from a doctor.but from what i know,80% of lump detected is not cancer but the probability that the lump is a cancer increases as your age increases.

This is a typical sham operation performed on a regular basis in many third world countries. The "tissue" you see being removed is not of human origin, and certainly not from the so called patient. This is pure trickery. The only difference between this "surgery" and the age old voodoo one, is that the witch doctor seems to be using a scalpel instead of his bare hands.
