Nice video, good group, but you got some of the city lines mixed-up in the purported interurban films. But we are happy that the 1225 is back home.

Thought I'd never see the day when there'd be a song about an old electric interurban railroad (railway, as you say in Canada). Nice bouncy tune accompanied with terrific vintage BCE footage!

Great photos - obviously mostly from 'near the end' of the BCE's service. Intriguing shots of mis-matched cars in long haul service, and of the freight motor-passenger combo! Hauling newspapers, perhaps?
