I bite my nails but I have stopped today. Like for some reason I don't want to. Here is how: if you paint your nails, you will think that you really don't want your beautiful polish off and if you bite them the polish will be off. Also if you just keep saying "don't bite my nails,don't bite my nails" then your mind remembers that so just keep saying that in your spare time! :)

i had this problems but it was more so the skin/cuticles. take some calcium pills.

calcium defieciency is usually a cause. but its not always the case

I always bit my nails! i stopped because my friend said everytime you wanna bite your nails, just think that your eating dead skin and practically bone. and theres a ton of dirt under your nails. :) it worked!
