  • Drink it up folks, This is what a REAL Rockstar used to be.

  • Too true pal. Moony king loon!

  • When you look thru the time machine that is Rock and Roll Keith Moon stands as a true original. And he did it with flare and style, he really did live the Rock and Roll life like a train. And of course his work will live on and that is what seperates him from so many wanna be rock stars that are long on attitude and short on talent, Moonie brought the goods.

  • "I'll bring my extra liver" lol

  • Someone can write the lyrics of this song..?Pleease !because im italian and i love this parody but i can't understand what he's saying...Pleaseee!! :)

  • i think keef would've liked it

  • its all fun and a riot, but its hell to pay

  • Wits up echobears have you no sense of humour? Like it or not Keith is a legend!

  • you cunt

  • I'll drink to that

  • Bob Rivers?

I can swear the melody reminded me of "Walking On The Moon"?

  • This song makes me want to drink.

  • ''Keith moon is The best Ketih moon type drumer'' - Keith moon

  • Sad such great energy for drumming drowning in booze...Every junky like a setting sun.. !

  • i play drums because of keith moon

this wednesday and thursday im going to get drunk in his honor

i hope keith is teaching God how to play drums :)

    MOONIE THE LOONIE LIVES FOREVER!

  • yeah, what a disgrace to both keith moon and stewart copeland....the two best drummers to ever drink and smash the fuck out of everything in sight.

  • Sounds a tad like Andy Parsons to meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xx

  • Comment removed

  • @HEV29 It is Andy Parsons isn't it?

  • haha, walking on the moon by sting lolol

  • i am a female version of him

  • @MsFanmail What a great drummer?

  • @MsFanmail without the talent

  • @MsFanmail ---I`m the male version! I wish I could have partied with him.

  • @MsFanmail Can I marry you then? Hahahaha, just kidding. I wish Keith Moon was still alive, I feel like I could of related, and gotten along well with him.

  • @MsFanmail Same problem here, and I own a pub in belgium so I can never run from the booze

  • hero

  • *sigh* sarcasm people -_-

  • Legends never die. I love you, Keith. R.I.P.

  • Haha moonie im as drunk as a skunk at the moment , but i jus wanted to raise a glass to my icon

  • why is sting singing?

  • @MultiMusicvids he's not.

  • @circethesorceress im being sarcastic. the singer sounds identicle to sting

  • @MultiMusicvids he is not

  • im seeing some peices from tommy :)

  • ...most drunk drummer award, excepting John Bonham of course. RIP both, what a waste.

  • How ironically mortifying.

  • where did you get the footage of keith making that interviewer wet from?

  • this was hallarious

  • just realized its a parody now

  • Sounds like Police and the sting. Im surprised it isnt them lol.. But The Who is incomparably better.

  • @Shad0wBalrog totally agree it sounds so much like the police

  • HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ha, i knew he wasnt dead, it was just a publicity stunt for the who are you album

    jk lol

  • Great Video. That glass dark brew he's drinking sure looks good. Moonie is like some sort of alcoholic super hero. If ever the world gets to boring for me I just look to Moon for a smile and some encouragement to be over the top.

  • superb! You cant make a video like this unless you have a subject like Kieth.

  • I reckon Keith was too pissed to care.

  • best drummer ever

  • Poor Keith......

  • The funny part is that he said: "....you bring your wallet, I'll bring my extra liver, we're pour a day of it, eh?"

  • Fantastic!

  • Superb, love his humour about himself, TOPS, imo.

  • fucking love this

  • fantastic

  • Oh my god, xD I love the song xD Did Sting re-record this that way? xD

  • If you liked this - you should also check the book and website "Good Night Keith Moon" which spoofs the classic children's book "Goodnight Moon". Just google "Good Night Keith Moon".

  • hahaha wow I'm surprised i never heard of this song, it's amazing. Great video

  • nah blahdy peees orrfff

  • Liver of steel, that man :)

  • And I wish he was still alive, today :)

He'd drive a truck through the superbowl stadium tommarow, I bet :)

  • I think the word you were looking for is homage. Your loving homage to Keith Moon. Parody is something completely different, that alludes to or imitates something else in jest.

  • Sounds like The Police XD

  • That's because it's a parody of "Walking on the Moon" by the Police.

  • lol he ate a flower ^__^

  • greatest drunk drummer in the world

  • He played drums like a guitar...

  • pleeease do a full version

  • Really good, but sad at the same time

  • THIS IS BRILLIANT!

  • whenever i play a gig (im a 47 yr. old drummer) i tell the bartender that i learned at the keith moon school of drumming. so gimmy a pint of guiness ya wanker. he & palmer are the reason i use paiste gongs. STILL MISS THIS GUY/GOD

  • i know that i mean, i the songs would have been becuase the drummer was so standard and there new drummer is good but come one Keith was the only one for that band. Like Zeppelin stopped completely when Bonham died and went suprated ways for a while.

  • i wonder how the Who would have been in the 80s if Moon took the right amount of the pills and not drink that beer at Pauls party. Either way he is still the best drummer who ever lived. BTW he had to relearn to play the drums everytime The Who took breaks from tours and albums he really never learned to play haha. All hail Keith Moon!

  • if you wonder what theu would be like look up some of their stuff from the 80's they didnt stop they still tour and released an album relatively recently 4-5 years

  • I drink New Castle Brown Ale in memory of "Loon the Moon".

  • pure genius!

  • Glasses up now, here's to you Moonie! We love ya' Cheerzzz!

  • keith would have loved this!nice1 bob

  • How funny(but I'm not laughing at Keith or the way in which he died)is this parody of my favorite Police song.I'm about to be prescribed Antabuse.

  • so was he.

  • It's weird why some people enjoy alcohol so much. I've never really enjoyed the sensation of being drunk, and have never craved alcohol. I guess I just didn't inherit the alcoholism gene. Lucky I guess.

  • It's a double edged sword.. you make friends and you you lose them. You find love and you lose it

  • definision of alcholic: some one you drink with who you dont like.

  • The parrot falling off his shoulder at :52 always cracks me up in Kids Are Alright. Why Moonie never got a real movie role amazes me. His reason for moving to LA was to try to get acting roles. He probably had either the worst agent or no agent at all.

  • He probably didn't give a F..K as along as some one was laughing with him."The Joke's on you....coz I can see.." Ox by my side.. John missed him . Pete & Rog have made sure by continuing that those 2 are remembered for all time

  • John did miss him. They were roomies during the early days when they could only get four or so rooms for the band and crew. I don't remember reading any quotes by John about his feelings about Kenney Jones. I don't know how he felt about that choice. Roger probably had the right idea--he wanted a rotating stable of drummers--choose the right drummer for the right song. In any case, losing Moon really put the Who into the ditch.

  • @Exilemainstreet

    he was pished mate

  • one of the two heroes of me youth, both named Keith, the other ones still alive ... yer that's him ... Keef Richard

  • its sad that keith died this way. R.I.P.-best drummer in the world and will always be.

  • @MikeBA10

    I concur 100%

  • @MikeBA10 Keith was good but man...I still gotta go with Charlie Watts. :) Two great drummers, two different styles.

  • @MikeBA10 R.I.P Keith I don't think so he's still KICKING ASS somewhere

  • ahh, raw egg in the pint of Newcastle, gotta try that sometime.........Roight!

  • Bloody well rooooiiiight!!

  • Pretty decent Keith voice.

  • R.I.P. Keith moon - He coulldnt have lived any other way!

  • the best keith moon.

  • Isnt Animal from the muppets supposed to be

    like Keith Moon?

    Amazing drummer and amazing alcholic

  • ya animal is supposed to me Keith

  • alcohol sucks!

  • it depends in how often you drink it

  • HAHHA

  • drunk or not ... Keith was / is a Genious !

    The WHO's SOUL !

  • absolutely brilliant.

  • great video

  • Keith ain't a cliche.

  • What a soul, the one person that truly lived life his own way, and on his own terms, albiet a short life. (Read his bio. called "Moon") just to hang out with him for a night of bar/pub hopping/crawling, must have been a riot...!

  • nice job on song and video,,ha ha ,,it was cool, good work

  • I would have loved to spend an afternoon with Keith and Viv Stanshall from Bonzo Dog Band drinking and philosophising...so sad they are gone..missed but not forgotton

  • hahahaha! yeah, good video, and song hehehe Keith would love it I´m sure :)

  • omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg

  • Brilliant!!!

  • Keith is my ultimate hero... this is the song I listen to to get my drink on. Rip Keith... a truly bright star, yet human and so tortured all the same. So long, dear boy.

  • He was a great Spirit. He gave a lot more good to the world then ever bad. We will all pass and doubtfully most of us can say the same.

  • alot of good drummers are alchoholics. john bonham for example.

  • yea. its cuz it makes you loose and energetic

  • He drank all the way to his death.

  • he was trying to quit drinking and was sober when he died.

  • No, he died from an overdose of the very pills that were given to him to help get him off drinking. He had been sober for a while.

  • That's a wild overstatement... he was still battling the booze right up until his death. However, the pills are what officially did him in.

  • Yeah, you are right. When I said "a while," I was thinking a few days, but I guess nobody really knows exactly how long. For him, a few days was pretty long, since he decided to sober up on his own, without going to a hospital for detox again.

  • Yeah" But if you read up on the cosage he took, It was insane! He took 32 of them and that's what killed him.

  • I know, it was so many that 26 were still undissolved in his stomach after he died.

  • "So,So sad! What a waste of talent and what a guy.

  • He took alot more than what was prescribed by the doctor of the Heminevrin he was prescribed. It seemed the times Keith put himself in danger nothing really happened to him (apart from being immediately rushed to hospital after he took the animal tranquilizer with brandy at The Cow Palace in November, 1973 and the muscle relaxers with booze at The Boston Garden in March, 1976) then when he was getting himself together he died.

  • According to Annette Walter-Lax on the Behind the Music on Keith Moon, he had a pint of beer at the Paul McCartney party (they were discussing the Rockestra thing Keith was to take part in (even Paul McCartney said Keith was to take part) before he died early the next morning). What's also eerie was on the same program, Keith's ex-wife Kim had an eerie nightmare that Keith died two weeks before his death was a reality.

  • yeah and the shock made all her hair fall out

  • keith moon = rock n roll!

    RIP

  • "..you bring yer wallet, I'll bring me extra liver.."
