Guys you are reading into this too much. You can see that the TV is filmed with a camera, and so is the drumming. From this you can deduce that he filmed one run with the camera pointing at the TV, and ANOTHER run pointing at his drums. Poor man's Split-Screen, but it works. Lay off of him.
