  • i swear to god i am in her family

  • anybody know the anniversary death date?

  • My dad had an encounter with the Lady at White Rock Lake.

  • She better not get my leather back seat wet !

  • i want to go :D but i'll never pick her up . what the hell ? that's some crazy shit . lets see what she does when she gets rejected .

  • I've done an investigation at White Rock Lake and I do have one female voice. Search for White Rock Lake Investigations Kaufman Paranormal Crew. I really wanna go again. The story fascinates me. although theres also the sad part of it.

  • Actually I read up on this story. According to the records she died in the late 1800's. According to the records she drowned by accident, but there was rumors she was put in the lake by another person. But that was never prooven to be true.

  • I live on this lake and last night I was driving back home from work at around 10 and I was thinking about the lady of the lake. Then I went to pick up my phone in the passenger seat and noticed that the seat was soaking wet. I didn't have any water in the car and when I set my phone down in the seat it was completely dry. At first I didn't believe in ghosts but now I do because the lady of white rock lake was in my car.

  • kinda boring....

  • ViVA DALLAS TEXAS!! wuuz uuuuup?!!! ;)

  • Sounds like the story of "Resurrection Mary" in Chicago, only this woman died differently.

  • i live right by white rock lake :P

  • heeeyyy. i live in cedar hill :}

  • I grew up in Cedar Hill (on the south end of the metroplex) and grew up hearing the story, but that she is always seen by the old boat house on the south end of the lake. Now my parents live in the neighborhood right there next to the boat house (forest hills) and it freaks me out at night when I go back to visit.

  • @chavezdrumer cedar hill???? have you heard of anyone named Charles England? thats my grandpa :D

  • The lady at white rock lake story scares the shit outta me,

cause i LIVE RITE NEXT TO THAT LAKE!!!

  • @MrsAudrieBieber I'd be glad to trade places with you. I'm in Lubbock where it is dull. Think of the Halloween parties you could have, yikes!

  • I have been there a couple of times and have some video at a cemetary of 2 male ghosts walking past a grave but cant figure out how to load them off of my camcorder...if anyone can help me I'll load them on here!!!! I know for a fact its haunted there I have a pic where there is a male ghost in the back seat as we are about to leave there as well!!! Good stuff really...its worth a look at least!

  • The cops are trying to cut down on the transexual prostitutes that moved in a few years back. There is a cemetary over on the north side of the lake, near the Hunts Mansion, where supposedly there use to be a staye of a woman that was painted red, and when brake lights were shown she would glow red. It was suppose to be Bloody Mary, so you had 2 ghosts that haunt the lake. Is the lady in white thge same as "the lady of the lake?"

  • dude when been there lots of time at late night searching exploring and just chillen back in the days i say from 1997-2005 nothing ever happend there but it was so funny to play with other peoples head that we invited to go with us the best rot was taking the small bridge to go up the hilll to sit at the wall and just talk and tell stories at night i wish i still had tthe videos where we went exploring there and of course at chalk hill does anybody know of that "haunting"

  • yea ive heard of chalk hill street having some weird things going on there

  • i live in dallas too!!! did you know, if u park ur car on the bridge, and turn it off, then when u try to turn it bak on again, it will die

    i tried it

    !!!!!

  • that's scary! also i live in dallas too!

  • What year did she drown? What was the White Ladies real name?

  • I'm from dallas tx too. I used to live right up the street from the lake and from what I was told, is the best time to see if the the story is true is to go at night when its thundering and rainy hard. I know someone who had actually had the experince to happen to them and from this day they will not go near the lake not even to take thier kids.

  • I live in Dallas, about 5 minutes from White Rock Lake. There have been multiple versions to this story. We were always hearing the legends of this supposed "lady" but they were almost never the same story. It's pretty interesting though. I would love to read that book!

  • I went there but I didn't find a ghost oh well there is neaxt time

  • I went there too and did not find/see the ghost. But me and my homies had some fun spinning our flash lights around yelling "OOOOOoooooooo SHHH... THIS IS THE POLICE YOU ALL NEED TO GO HOME. OOOOOOOOOoooooo." We made a lot of people go home. lol

  • i love her atories. i have the book this story is from. i love reading true ghost stories.

  • aight welli live right by there and we actually wentlast night tto check it out but it sucks because the cops give tickets to any one who walks it or parks there after hours so it sucks but if they say it dont exist anymore than that meani should just look harder
