VanityFairMagazine, damn this is sickkk. this is coming from a guy who s 5 5 but do windmill dunks. I followed the dunk training program over at 50inch vertical[dot]com and increased over 14 inches on my leap.

sweet, that's why I prefer basketball over other sports . I just recently got my vertical jump to 50 inches. Guess who can dunk now? =) took me a bit over a month but it was easy with some help from - snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining

@interbird. I don't think so, it's hard to find an American that's worth his jersey. I don't know though, there are some exception where Americans are good enough to be slightly above average pros internationally.
