you are doing awesome with working out twice a day. I remember that belly dancing class, it was so much fun. I still remember the figure 8.lol. ok, you're helping to keep me inspired. not gonna leave me :)
glad to see u got your mind out of that funk. keep up the good work. everyone has issues and goals they want to reach, just in different forms. we all need to support one another in our personal journeys. keep your head up and stay strong. looking better everyday i might add, but u know that already. LOL! :)

@Misshaircare2009 well... most mornings i do a workout dvd.. either biggest loser power sculpt.... dancing with the stars latin dance for cardio dvd.... or walk away the pounds 4mile dvd which i only do up to the mile so far.... i eat fiber one cereal every morning... the suggested amt (1cup w/ 1 cup of 1% lactaid milk)... then i eat every other hour after that.... fruit raw veggies... turkey sandwich on nature's own double fiber bread... drink a cup of hot green tea a few times/wk thats 2 start

It's a start. What is your workout regimen and what do you eat through out the day. I need tips on what to eat so I'm asking around. LOL
