if you do not like the power and flexibility of windows mobile you will not like it. it is the best windows smartphone that I have used.

I like both but prefer the ozone for winmo's full function utility such as creating folders, copying, cutting and pasteing files from device to sd card and back and forth etc.... sadly there is no perfect phone.

what if im on a family plan will i still get the extra 30 dollar bypass cuz my dad has the extra 30 dollar bypass for his data plan for his blackberry and i want this phone so will it add another 30 dollars??

if i were you i would check with verizon about this but i believe you have to have a $30 data plan for every smartphone on the account.

No standard (2.5/3.5) headphone jack. You have to use USB adaptor (included). GPS is fast and very responsive. best part it is unlocked. You will have to pay for dataplan - it is mandatory if you want to get this phone.

@let007live4ever just to warn actually HTCs are NOT USB, its a weird HTC proprietary connector (USB chargers and the like can be tweaked gently with needle nose to fit, but you should try to make it fit the HTC only/not HTC/USB) the do though provide a pimp little adaptor that plug into, accepts 2.5mm,3.5mm and male HTC on the other end

Congrats on being the first to post an unboxing of the Ozone. Thanks. Just got a quick question, is the headphone jack 3.5mm or 2.5? Also, how is the GPS on the phone? I don't want to pay for mobile broadband so I just plan to use wifi.
