@PURPLEBLINKY You probably missed a little entrance to a house or something or you cut a corner somewhere. Happened to me on Ibiza. Just scan the map a few times until you find it.

@PURPLEBLINKY I had this same problem in areas 2, 3 and 4... It came to me really smapp sections that I overlooked. I would start from small entrance and exits of highways... good luck
