alright before i finish the video(i'm on 6:01) i used to always use thos power capsules when i'm almost dead cause i thought they give you health and when i got the scouter every single person even some one i already scanned i'd scan cause i wouldn't wanna miss a singal character so i could put it on yt(youtube) if i ever got a camera

When I was younger,I always thought the capsules were just meant to be used to customize your characters more.Turns out though that the real reason they were put in the game was because a certain "unlockable" character is the one that really needs them.As for scanning with the scouter,wasn't so much I did so for Youtube purposes,I did it cause I'm normally an elitist who likes to get a lot of crap done,even if it is useless in the long run.
