@4435tjtruth People should not differ in interest into a task. Obviously if Goals are different they shouldn't be a group. Different views bring a wider spectrum of problem solving.

VALUES ARE VERY IMPORTANT, BUT YOU CHOOSE THE ONE TYPE OF DIVERSITY THAT IS COMMON SENSE THAT NO ONE IS TALKING ABOUT AND TELL US WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW. IF PEOPLE HAVE DIFFERENT FEELINGS TOWARDS TASK THE NEED TO BE TASK MANAGED to GET THE TASK DONE.... GOOD FOR YOU ON SPENDING RESEARCH AND MONEY ON THAT. Isn't one of the rules of doing research: DON'T DO RESEARCH ON A ISSUE YOU KNOW THE ANSWER TO?
