Hit the X 3 hybrid today and if the sound it creates is anything like the driver I agree completely. Crisp and high-pitched when hit well.

Buy a USED GOOD club. used and new clubs have almost no difference since most used clubs were only used once or twice. They are usually 1/3 of the original price.

I am 15 years old and have a 2 handycap and hit my drives on average about 300 yards! :D lolz i hit it 400 twice with the wind and the hard dry ground because i live in a mile high city!!! :D

I get more than 300 average ( in north america) with this club and it's true that face offers more forgiveness :) Good club for your first quality club. Warranty is 2 YEARS !!!! :P

got this driver a couple months ago, and had improved distance, but i didnt know exactly how long i was goin, but yesterday i went and played 36 at my local club to get ready for the tour, and i drove the green on the 7th, which is 294, i used to only hit it like 270.

crap driver!!!, i tried the 9.5 * stiff and all my shots were too high with a massive draw. I play off 2 and i'll stick with my Titleist 905R with the V2 stiff shaft in it, WAY BETTER!!!

i feel callaway is a better brand in terms of their marketing and how popular it is...However with drivers i reckon taylormade beats the callaway!!They have been rivals for a LONG time now and i personally believe Taylormade has improved a lot the last decade compared to callaway bcause i dont know about anyone else but callaway seem to make same products with slight cosmetic and appearance change which i believe is not GUD!! whereas taylormade has created monsterous drivers and appealing irons

I love this driver but the colours are hideous. You're probably going to give a poor comment for me saying that, but I mean Lime Green, and Purpley-Blue. Not the colours I'd use, but it makes the Hyper X different I guess.

I just don't get the whole "sound" thing I've been playin' an original Fusion since they came out and though I admit they do sound different I don't care because I'm hitting 11+ fairways per round. Hell the damn thing could sound like a dying giraffe, but if it left me a good chance to attach the flag w/my approach shot I certainly wouldn't care.

a lot of times i am focused in and dont really pay attention to much to the sound other than to tell if i hit it good, but on putting i think it is kind of good to find a nice sounding putter

I was lucky enough to have one of these Hyper X 10 degree drivers show up at my office on my birthday (thanks Dad!) and was thrilled by its performance. I normally carry the ball around 230 and with this driver it's more like 240-255. The most exciting thing is the roll... Almost zero ball spin. I'm pretty disappointed if the drive is inside 265. Light in feel and sound is awesome. Can't beat the price... like the Mustang GT... best bang for the buck.
