  • These junk vacuum cleaner toys make it very clear that online reviews cannot be trusted!

    .

It makes it very clear that many dollars are spent on people to artificailly rate the junk as top quality (shills). This defeats another good mechanism for the public to know the truth. I have found websites that attempt to educated people how to determine shill posts everywhere.

  • These battery operated units are a joke. My real vacuum runs about 1500 watts of suction. The battery operated units runs about 4 watts fo suction.

    .

Are people that stupid to believe all the paid advertisers blogging as real users??

    .

    Think people!!

  • Your followed this around for 44 minutes and 24 seconds? Shame...

  • @cobolt13 stupid comment

  • @3habaneros How so, the only thing ''stupid'' was the incorrect ad on, which was ''r''.

  • i wonder if it is possible to get that robot to move that fast without dieing

  • i wonder if it knows its a robot

  • @TheUV123 Don't anthropomorphize Robots... They don't like it ;-)

  • @timjohns big word me dont no it

  • Great Toy!

Good video! It clearly demomstrates that the algorythms in this toy have not been perfected at all. Obviously good at huggin walls and making unplanned trips, at random across the main floor spaces but not full covearge, for sure.

I have a 530 and when it's done you can get out the real vaccuum and do it properly. Suction is a joke and will not pick up many of the flakey dirt pieces on a low pile carpet. Most areas are missed.

Juts a fun toy to watch the first few times.

  • Could be a problem with the 530 model. I've got the 570 Roomba and I almost never have to get out my regular vacuum. Roomba actually does a better job than I did myself before I had the robot because it gets under everything.

  • I only have to get out the regular vaccuum once it is done. This is to pick up the crumbs that this junk won't pick up and to cover 30-40% of the area that it missed with it's totally random algorythm.

  • @larryllix

It spent 95% of time over the same corners sometimes taking the smart initiative to cross the whole room to roll over corner A and then return B and again in loop for an hour, wasting batteries beneath a demented algorithm, leaving the center of the floor nearly untouched.

I think using a toy to clean automatically a two-minutes-by-hand room would still be much appreciated if market was more sensible on intelligent algorithms rather than on fancy plastic covers .

  • whan does it deside ok im done now time to go home it just whan on and on and was pasing over the same places all the time

  • Ours keep breaking down or stops stucking up debris after every 4 months of daily use. How is yours holding up?

  • I'm coming up on 10 months, and I use him for 3 hours a week. Not high usage really, but it works for me.

So far I've had to replace the front rotating whirly brush that stopped whirling when the mouting plate part cracked and no longer held tight.

  • great video its nice to see people taking the time to document in detail there interests!
